การเลือกประเภทของ Mail ที่ใช้บริการ
                 เมื่อต้องการเช็คเมล์ผ่าน MS Outlook ควรเช็คค่าต่างๆ ดังนี้ โดยเริ่มจากการเปิดโปรแกรม MS Outlook ในกรณีที่เปิดโปรแกรมเป็นครั้งแรก จะขึ้นหน้าจอให้ทำการเลือก Server Type ที่ต้องการ (ในตัวอย่างจะเลือกเป็น POP3 Server) ดังภาพ

การ Set Incoming & Outgoing
                 จากนั้นให้ทำการกรอกค่าต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นเข้าไปโดยใส่ Username และ Password ของท่านเอง และพารามิเตอร์อื่นๆ ให้ถูกต้อง ดังภาพ
                 กรณีที่เป็น Mail@catcdma.com
                 User Information
                 Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of outgoing messages.
                 Email Address: Enter your full Gmail email address ( username@catcdma.com )

                 Server Information
                 Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.catcdma.com
                 Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.catcdma.com

                 Login Information
                 User Name: Enter your Gmail username (including @catcdma.com )
                 Password: Enter your Gmail password

                 ยกตัวอย่าง กรณีที่เป็น Mail@gmail.com
                 User Information
                 Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of outgoing messages.
                 Email Address: Enter your full Gmail email address ( username@gmail.com )

                 Server Information
                 Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.gmail.com
                 Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com

                 Login Information
                 User Name: Enter your Gmail username (including @gmail.com )
                 Password: Enter your Gmail password

                 หมายเหตุ : กรณีที่ไม่ได้ใช้ Mail CATCDMA ท่านจะต้อง Set ค่าตาม MailServer ที่ท่านใช้งานอยู่ เช่น Gmail.com

                 จากนั้นให้ทำการกำหนดค่าต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้องโดยใส่ User name และ Password ของท่านเองแล้วกด OK ดังภาพ

การทดสอบ Mail เมื่อตั้งค่าเสร็จ
                 ทดสอบการทำงานขั้นต้นด้วย Test Account Settings... ดังภาพ

                 ในกรณีที่ไม่มีอะไรผิดพลาดนั้นจะได้ผล ดังภาพ

                 จากนั้นก็กดปุ่ม Next ไปขั้นตอนต่อไป ดังภาพ

                 คลิกที่ปุ่ม Finish ก็เป็นอันเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ดังภาพ

การใช้งาน Mail เมื่อตั้งค่าเสร็จ
                 ทำการทดสอบการใช้งานโดยกดปุ่ม F9 ที่คีบอร์ดหรือปุ่ม Send/Receive เพื่อเช็คเมล์ ดังภาพ

                 กรณีที่ต้องการ Add Account เพิ่มให้ไปที่เมนู Tools>E-mail Accounts... ดังภาพ

                 จากนั้นจะเข้าสู่หน้าจอเพื่อให้เลือกว่าจะทำการเพิ่ม Account ซึ่งสามารถทำได้ตามขั้นตอนที่กล่าวมาแล้วข้างต้น หรือ View ดูเพื่อเข้าไปแก้ไขข้อมูลเดิมที่มีอยู่แล้ว ดังภาพ
